This page summarises the standard operating terms for AIDE Chain and AIDE Blueprint. Customer-specific contracts, marketplace terms or written order forms prevail where they differ.

Subscription and access

AIDE products are supplied as subscription software. Access is limited to authorised users and the products, modules and seat quantities purchased by the customer. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate user access and protecting credentials.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use AIDE unlawfully, attempt to defeat access controls, interfere with service operation, access another customer's data, or use the service to distribute malicious content.

Customer data

Customers retain ownership of data they provide to AIDE. AIDE processes customer data to deliver, secure, support and operate the service. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy and Security Overview.

Availability and support

AIDE is operated as a cloud service and may occasionally require maintenance or experience interruption. Support is provided in accordance with the published support information or any customer-specific agreement.

Third-party services

AIDE may integrate with third-party products and marketplaces. Those services remain subject to their own terms, availability and customer configurations.

Fees and cancellation

Fees, billing frequency, seat quantities and cancellation arrangements are determined by the applicable subscription, marketplace purchase, private offer or written order. Product access may be suspended or removed when the relevant entitlement ends.
